BACKGROUND
​
Carole Carrier founded Lucien Mirault inc. in 1988. At the time, the company was located in the family home in the village of Val-Senneville, some 20 km from Val-d’Or.
​
In 1998, the company’s growing inventory led to the construction of 14 000 ft2 warehouse in Val-Senneville, a short distance from the family home.
​
Even then, management understood the need to keep a highly diversified inventory on hand to meet all customer needs. Boulonnerie Mirault (Lucien Mirault inc.) built a name for itself, fastener by fastener until the mid 2000s.
BMF TODAY
​
BMF specializes in the commercial and mining sectors, offering belowground inventory services and serving 90% of the region’s mines.
​
During the summer of 2015, BMF relocated to a new 14,000 ft2 warehouse situated along the Trans Canada Highway in Val-d’Or.
​
These new premises allow the company to maintain an even wider range of products and serve several highly specialized industrial sectors, with more than $500,000 in inventory on hand and an industrial showroom.
